Lately, I’ve been looking for recipes for diet shakes. You know, those drinks you mix up quickly and drink in replacement of lunch and of course they make you look all sexy and super slim right away (: I just want something that will make me feel full but not take up a lot of calories.
I found this site and I think, by adding some protein powder or psyllium husks to these (and yogurt, in replacement of whatever their “scoop” thingy is), you’d be able stay full and have a small snack out of it or meal.
I’m going to look into it more, to make sure I know the amount of calories I’ll be taking in, but it seems like a good idea so far (:
Ps: I’m totally not an expert on this, I’m just looking for a healthy way to cut down on my calories!
Ha! I get on a kick every now and then for these shakes so I’m might have to start up again.
One of my friends is always drinking slushies she makes from scratch, and she’s super thin…maybe that’s why I want to try this out (:
I totally need something like this. I often times forget to eat then around 11 am really cranky.
